Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated HR and Operations Specialist to join our team and support the growth of our people and services. The role focuses on enhancing HR practices and ensuring efficient processes to enable Maven Insights to achieve its objectives.

Responsibilities:

Government Compliance & Processes

  • Oversee all HR-related government procedures in Saudi Arabia, including labor contracts, work permits, Muqeem, iqama renewals, GOSI, Qiwa registrations, and Saudization (Nitaqat), in addition to programs such as Jadarat, Tamheer, and HRDF.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HRSD regulations, Jawazat procedures, and other relevant authorities to ensure full compliance.
  • Prepare and submit reports, manage audits and inspections, and address regulatory issues promptly while ensuring employee data and documentation meet legal requirements.

Saudization & Workforce Planning

  • Monitor and analyze profession classifications under Saudi labor law to support workforce planning and Saudization targets.
  • Advise management on nationalization policies, recommend strategies to achieve government quotas, and collaborate with recruitment to prioritize Saudi talent.

HR Administration & Support

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, renewals, terminations) in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records, HRIS systems, and government documentation.
  • Train HR staff and line managers on labor laws, government requirements, and compliance best practices.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop dashboards and reports on Saudization, labor law compliance, and government documentation.
  • Drive process improvements to streamline compliance, minimize delays, and enhance employee services.
  • Stay informed on legislative changes and adapt policies while advising leadership.

Cross-Border Knowledge (UAE)

  • Maintain a working knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR requirements for employees transferring or working across borders.
  • Coordinate with Dubai HR teams to ensure alignment and smooth processing of visas, labor cards, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR or government compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR-related government processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
