• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in all HR functions.

• Investigate non-compliance issues within the company or staff members.

• Offer legal expertise, support, and advice on labor legislation and labor relations practices.

• Participate in regular management meetings.

• Facilitate alternative dispute resolution methods for issues identified by senior management.
