Haven Scientific is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Administration Assistant

The company: Haven Scientific is a Saudi factory licensed in the development and manufacturing of genomics testing kits

Our Mission: Localize designing and manufacturing of diagnostic testing kits tailored to the local genetic and microbial composition

Location: Thuwal, Saudi Arabia

Position: HR and Administration Assistant

Position Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Admin Assistant to support our internal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to launch a career in human resources and office administration. The role involves assisting with employee record management, supporting recruitment activities, handling daily administrative tasks, and contributing to broader HR and Admin initiatives. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources Duties

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

• Help onboard new employees, prepare documentation, and ensure a smooth transition

• Maintain up-to-date employee records (digital and hard copies)

• Prepare HR documentation such as employment letters, reports, SOPs and memos

• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files

• Perform other related duties and tasks assigned by HR management.

Administration Duties

• Support general office operations, including printing, filing, and supplies coordination

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes

• Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)

• Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting schedules

• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth administrative workflows

• Handle internal communication and respond to employee inquiries

• Perform other related duties and tasks assigned by administration management.

Job Qualification:

Education for HR and Admin Assistant:

• A fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resourcesor Business Administration.

Experience and skills for HR and Admin Assistant:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic

• Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities

• Diligent, detail-oriented, and quick to grasp new concepts

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information

• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to continuous personal and professional growth
