Job Description:

MAPA Group is seeking an experienced HR and Admin Manager to be employed at its Riyadh Head Office, with an assignment to one of its large-scale international construction projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This position is responsible for managing all site-level human resources and administrative operations in compliance with both company procedures and local labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic site environments and can coordinate multinational teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire employee life cycle at the project site, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, contract renewals, and offboarding
  • Maintain and supervise accurate employee records, ensure all documentation is legally compliant
  • Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, track attendance and leave using timekeeping systems
  • Implement and follow up on disciplinary procedures such as warnings, investigations, and contract terminations
  • Coordinate visas, permits, work authorizations, and correspondence with local authorities
  • Supervise camp accommodation, catering, transportation, and other site services
  • Act as a liaison between site management and head office for HR and administrative reporting
  • Ensure alignment with company HR policies and labor law regulations

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in international construction site projects
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in a site environment
  • Strong command of Saudi Arabian labor laws and legal procedures, with the ability to apply them effectively in a construction site environment
  • Hands-on experience in onboarding, payroll preparation, timekeeping (puantaj), disciplinary actions, and employee records management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP HR, Logo, or similar platforms
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Arabic is an asset
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environments and under demanding site conditions
