Job Scope

Participate in compensation and benefits activities and updates within the policy. Support HR with analysis on HR programs, policy, processes, study, analysis and systems. Provide recommendations for the improvement of HR management activities. Assist with archiving historical data pertaining to Compensation and Benefits Section. Performvarious supporting responsibilities aiming to provide timely and effective deliverables related to HR issues. Ensure all HR programs are accomplished in compliance with strategies and operational priorities. Plan, schedule, implement and contribute to HR activities to support operations.Participate in budgeting, workforce planning, Talent acquisition, Talent development, Organization development, Compensation & Benefits, Succession Planning, HR Policies and Procedures, employee engagement etc…and provide analysis. Carry out regular performance, predictive analysis and various business analysis and generate reports to ensure the department decisions are supported by data, dashboard and documents.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop the delivery of employee compensation structures and benefit programs.

2. Conduct various HR analyses to create and provide insights on HR policies, processes and systems and find out the gaps, interpret data, compare against benchmark practices and make recommendations for improvement.

3. Organize and maintain a schedule of policies, processes and systems to be implemented or updated within HR system and ensure that relevant assessments and consultations have been secured. Operate, maintain and update the HR systems.

4. Periodically review and analyze best competitive Total reward package at par with benchmark practices.

5. Analyze and oversee the C&B budget plans by conducting regular review of the budget and labor costs.

6. Analyze, monitor and conduct quality control on the function System, processes, documents and records. Update all internal control tools and ensure internal controls are well maintained

7. Participate in various planning activities, assessments, surveys, and studies and create various reports and presentation. Provide support in analyses, studies and devises recommendation for the resolution of unique issues or cases pertaining unit function, and systems, suggests best solution to address the issues.

8. Contribute to developing, formulating various policies and procedures. Secure necessary approvals, implement and evaluate such policies and procedures periodically for the effectiveness.

9. Develop HR policies, procedures, general instructions and related guidelines to meet defined organization requirements, key principles and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

10. Conduct various HR analyses to create and provide insights on HR policies, processes and systems and find out the gaps, interpret data, compare against benchmark practices and make recommendations for improvement.

11. Develop policies frameworks for HR divisions or area of responsibility. Determine and assess the impacts of introducing new or revised policies and procedures.

12. Update and maintain the records of HR policies, procedures, GIs and other internal documents.

13. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct Supervisor.
