Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Responsible for managing the company and facilitating operations through HR operational tasks.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR Employee Relations, including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Contract Management, Employee Movement execution, Leave Management, HRIS management.
  • Develop and implement Saudization regulations.
  • Review HR policies and manage insured/deferred benefits such as Healthcare, Life Insurance, and GOSI.

Key accountabilities:

Employee relation Management (HR)

  • Manage Employee Benefits & Welfare
  • Handle misconduct and disciplinary actions
  • Manage insured & deferred benefits, including renewals
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including termination and hiring
  • Authorize payroll inputs
  • Review, update, and implement HR policies
  • Ensure HRIS data governance
  • Manage employment contracts
  • Oversee leaves management
  • Manage HR general communications

Government relations Management (HR)

  • Build relationships with government entities
  • Represent NKSA before government agencies
  • Manage visa and sponsorship processes
  • Handle GOSI, Muqeem, JCC, and MOL systems
  • Manage Jeddah Chamber daily operations
  • Custody of company bank accounts

Travel requirements:

Occasional travel between Nissan sites in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, and Dubai.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Educational background, qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or General Administration is required.

Experience, skills, other:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Technical skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Driving license required
  • Saudi nationality is mandatory
