Position Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager in global recruitment activities, including drafting and posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing onboarding activities and documentation.
- Manage and assist with the payroll system.
- Maintain attendance and leave records on the CRI HRMS portal.
- Support the Performance Management System by coordinating with HODs and scheduling evaluation meetings.
- Assist in training and development activities, including organizing staff training sessions and workshops.
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to boost productivity and satisfaction.
- Update HR policies and develop employee handbooks.
- Draft and develop HR reports as needed.
- Maintain personnel records and compile statistical reports on hires, transfers, appraisals, and absenteeism.
- Manage employment VISA activities for employees.
- Support other operational HR tasks, including managing medical insurance, offboarding documentation, and employee engagement activities.
- Identify and resolve HR-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of employee data on HR portals.
- Assist in improving HR processes and maintaining employee files.
Admin Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries professionally via in-person, phone, or email, and greet visitors in the Saudi office.
- Maintain employee directories and manage visitor badges for security.
- Take and relay accurate phone messages.
- Maintain security protocols and monitor logbooks.
- Manage inventory, draft purchase orders, and ensure stocks of essentials like groceries, stationery, and medicines.
- Maintain telecommunication systems.
- Handle filing, faxing, and documentation tasks.
- Manage courier and parcel distribution.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for KSA office employees.
- Oversee the purchasing of supplies and equipment efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or an MBA.
- HR certifications such as SHRM, CHRM, or CIPD are preferred.
- 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Experience in obtaining Saudi Iqama (VISA) for non-Saudis.
- Good understanding of Saudi employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
