We’re looking for a
HR-Oriented Admin Manager to join our consultancy team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client is a leading technology consulting firm with strong international expertise across multiple sectors.
We are growing the regional team based in Saudi Arabia and this position is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—overseeing office operations while supporting core HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and recruitment agencies to ensure smooth daily operations and effective talent management aligned with Saudi labor law.
Key Responsibilities: Office Management
- Coordinate office services, equipment maintenance, procurement, and vendor management.
- Organize internal logistics, meeting support, travel arrangements, and corporate events.
- Ensure the office complies with internal safety standards, cleanliness policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Human Resources Support: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Support full-cycle recruitment for both internal roles and client-facing project requirements, including permanent, contract, and freelance hires.
- Liaise with hiring managers and consultants to understand staffing needs linked to ongoing or upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with third-party recruitment agencies and talent platforms, particularly those experienced with consultancy sector hiring.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and communication throughout the selection process.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes including documentation, induction planning, and IT/desk setup.
- Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires and ensure alignment with company and client project expectations.
- Support offboarding procedures, exit interviews, and documentation in compliance with labor law.
Employee Records & HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files in both physical and digital formats.
- Administer attendance and leave tracking, ensuring alignment with Saudi labor law and internal policies.
- Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters, salary certificates, warning letters, and NOCs.
- Assist with benefits administration, insurance claims, and HR reports.
Regulatory & Legal Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and government platforms including GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and the Ministry of Human Resources.
- Monitor Saudization goals and contribute to compliance-related reporting.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination:
- Act as a central point of contact between HR, consultants, project leads, and external stakeholders.
- Adapt HR and administrative support based on the changing demands of client engagements and project cycles.
- Coordinate staffing logistics for client projects and ensure rapid response to project-based hiring needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a combined HR and office management role, ideally within a consultancy, professional services, or project-driven company.
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR systems (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad).
- Experience managing recruitment processes, including agency coordination and project-based hiring.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills; able to prioritize in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software or ERPs is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is highly desirable).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters
- Familiarity with Saudization requirements, HRDF programs, and government employment incentives.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural, client-facing environment with evolving priorities.
