Your Mission

As GRO in our HR department, you will contribute to our mission every day by playing a crucial role in growing, developing, and leading the desalination engineering team in the Middle East region. Utilizing your expertise to grow the business and the team, you will provide input into technical proposals, lead the engineering office support to project delivery, and find new ways of accessing the market through your expertise. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide confidence in our output.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative tasks to support the company.
  • Manage hotel and tickets bookings for the employees, leavers and new hire.
  • Manage all office supplies and utility bills.
  • Ensure efficiency of all Administration processes and services with the expected level of quality and integrity.
  • Maintaining comprehensive filing system of correspondence with governmental agencies, Company contracts and agreements, concession documents, revisions, related maps, etc.
  • Represents the Company with government ministries, departments, offices, etc. and foreign embassies/consulates in the Kingdom and related agencies outside the Kingdom.
  • Manage the application for and obtaining of special permits to import labor for projects, work visas and permits, visit visas, etc. for employees and visitors. .
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and employees on compliance matters and ensure adherence to government regulations.
  • Manage the employee database and prepare reports related to GR and HR
  • Manage all employees government relation related requests such as but not limited to GOSI, Jawazat, QIWA, Moqeem, Mudad, HRDF, etc.
  • Support the HR team in all HR tasks.

Your Qualifications

Minimum education level: BS. Degree.

1 – 2 years local experience liaising with Immigration, Labour department and other government departments for all employee affairs.

Good knowledge of Saudi labour and immigration rules. Good communication skills.

Excellent problem solving and quality control skills.

Excellent customer service skills.
