Job description

Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all documentation complies with Saudi labor law.
  • Assist with visa processing, renewal of work permits (Iqama), and other government-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and other HR documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Stay updated on Saudi labor law changes and assist in implementing necessary adjustments.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office supply procurement and ensure availability of necessary items for daily operations.
  • Process office expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and maintain good relationships.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation for easy access and compliance.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation for employees.
  • Manage correspondence, such as incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and emails.
  • Support the implementation of health and safety measures in the workplace.

Skills:

  • Nationality: Saudi (This position is designated for Saudi nationals only, in accordance with local Saudization policy and project compliance requirements)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Candidates with deep understanding of local culture, labor laws, and administrative requirements, preferably Saudi nationals.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or administration.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
