The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Oversee and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene within accommodations by managing daily housekeeping operations, supervising and training staff, coordinating with maintenance and pest control teams, and ensuring all housekeeping activities align with company policies and service quality expectations.

Key Accountability Areas

Housekeeping Operations:

  • Maintain high-quality housekeeping services in accommodations according to company standards.
  • Ensure safety and hygiene in all areas of accommodations.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to cleaning staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to evaluate the performance of cleaners.
  • Prepare and manage cleaning schedules, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Prepare rooms for new arrivals and distribute bed linen in advance.

Staff Management and Training:

  • Train newly recruited cleaning staff on procedures and standards.
  • Provide cleaning supplies to staff promptly and monitor usage to prevent misuse.
  • Prepare attendance sheets for housekeeping staff.
  • Assist team members with HR-related inquiries, including vacation requests and salary matters.

Maintenance and Coordination:

  • Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for resolution.
  • Coordinate data for the pest control team and oversee their work.
Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

  • Training subordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Resolve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Safety:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
