Responsibilities:

1. Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the brand standards of cleanliness.
2. Restock all guest room supplies, like bath amenities.
3. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; dust furniture; and replace used towels and linens.
4. Dispose of trash and recyclables.
5. Respond to guest requests and report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor.
6. Check all appliances in rooms are in working order.
7. Ensure guest privacy and room security.
8. Maintain a clean and organized cart and linen storage room.
9. Report any lost and found items to the supervisor.
10. Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks during the shift.
11. Adhere to safety and hygiene standards, especially during the current health crisis.
12. Maintain excellent décor and uniform standards and follow our grooming standard.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is a plus.
2. Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards.
3. Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques.
4. Experience in a hotel or related hospitality setting is preferred.
5. Good physical strength.
6. Good oral proficiency in Japanese & English.
7. Likes organizing, positive thinking, and flexibility.
8. Strong attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Highly cooperative and punctual.
11. Methodical and able to work efficiently.
12. Ability to concentrate on the needs of guests and remain calm and courteous.
