Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning guest rooms thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining adequate stock of guest amenities on your trolley.
  • Ensuring work quality meets hotel standards.
  • Providing excellent service to guests and handling their needs.
  • Following Lost and Found procedures strictly.
  • Staying informed about hotel activities and knowing all hotel facilities.
  • Maintaining proper grooming at all times.
  • Ensuring the trolley is well-stocked with guest amenities, cleaning supplies, and clean linen before starting work.
  • Checking rooms with 'Do Not Disturb' signs before the end of the shift.
  • Supervising the end-of-day closing of the service area, ensuring all equipment is stored properly and the area is safe.
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • A warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide a professional, welcoming attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
