The ideal candidate will possess a BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) certificate and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision: Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring effective training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor cleaning standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene regulations.
Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating purchasing and reordering as needed.
