Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our prestigious hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximizing profitability and maintaining the highest standards of service.

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, revenue, and overall hotel performance
  2. Oversee daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
  3. Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  4. Analyze financial reports, budgets, and market trends to make informed business decisions
  5. Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  7. Implement effective marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
  8. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., Certified Hotel Administrator) preferred
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or related hospitality roles, preferably in luxury or upscale hotels
  3. Proven track record in financial management, revenue optimization, and budgeting
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable
  7. Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
  8. In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian hospitality industry, cultural norms, and local regulations
  9. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and handle high-pressure situations
  10. Experience in marketing, sales, and public relations within the hospitality sector
  11. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
