JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Operation:
  • Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus.
  • Articulate clear greetings and farewells; understand guest requests.
  • Communicate guest needs effectively.
  • Hear well in loud environments to answer calls and respond to requests.
  • Work as part of a team with a passion for providing extraordinary service.
  • Maintain an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude.
  • Assist guests and possess strong guest relations skills.
