Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions
  • Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and local attractions
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist in answering phone calls and managing to-go orders
  • Support the wait staff during peak hours as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role
