Job Description

What you will be doing:

  1. Provides a friendly and personalised welcome for guests
  2. Offers attentive service and adapts to any constraints guests may have
  3. Heeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up
  4. Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
  5. Prepares the welcome desk and seats allocation. Takes the reservations and maintain reservation book
  6. Welcomes guests and provides best seats available
  7. Cleans and tidies the restaurant and preparation after closing
  8. Before every work shift, finds out about dish composition and any shortages
  9. Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  1. Good command of written and spoken English & Arabic communication skills, along with strong interpersonal
  2. Problem solving abilities are essentials.
  3. Guest oriented, service minded and attention to quality
