1. Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
2. Be attentive to guests' needs and assist in providing a pleasant dining experience.
3. Assist cashier in the collection of money or credit cards from guests and servers as needed.
4. Prepare cashier report at the end of the shift.
5. Pay out servers' and service attendants' tips if appropriate.
6. Properly take reservations for outlets.
7. Ensure quality control of menus with regard to cleanliness and appearance.
8. Perform opening and closing duties according to established sidework checklist.
9. Have complete knowledge of standards of service for receiving a room service order.
