About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of Iris Executives for Freelance Business Development &
Recruitment Managers. This is a home-based, commission-driven opportunity ideal for
professionals with strong B2B sales or client acquisition experience. Recruitment experience
is not required — full training and daily support will be provided by Iris Executives.
What You'll Do
• Generate leads and secure partnerships with corporate clients.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships from initial outreach to recruitment project
delivery.
• Oversee candidate sourcing and shortlisting (with Iris Executives' team support and
training).
• Work flexibly (recommended: 3–4 hours per weekday, mornings preferred).
