One of our prestigious clients in the government sector is seeking an experienced Hiring & Onboarding Director to lead talent acquisition and onboarding operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution aligned with organizational goals
Oversee and improve onboarding programs to ensure a consistent and engaging employee experience
Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and talent planning
Ensure all recruitment and onboarding practices comply with internal policies and regulations
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and onboarding specialists
Analyze recruitment and onboarding KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of experience in recruitment and onboarding, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in managing recruitment functions within large or government organizations
Strong understanding of HR compliance, talent strategy, and workforce planning
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
