Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the smart metering solution (HES). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance. Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient deployment of system components.
2. Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to improve performance, identify trends, and generate reports on metrics and KPIs.
3. Technical Support: Troubleshoot operational issues, provide technical assistance to internal teams and clients, and implement effective solutions.
4. Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to specifications and standards. Stay updated with advancements in smart metering technology and best practices.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering, strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience with smart grid technologies, IoT applications, multiple telecommunication technologies (NB, 2G, 4G, etc.), knowledge of regulatory requirements, troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, Gurux, Service Tools, FileZilla, Postman), and Microsoft SQL database knowledge.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work in shifts or on-call mode.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to visit sites, including SEC control centers.
