Job description

Receive required lifting task, study the scope of work and communicate with the concerned divisions for site visit to discuss about all requirements & precautions.
- Prepare detailed method statement & lifting plan based on the site & job condition.
- Direct Supervision of lifting/rigging activities making sure these are in place with the relevant permit and executed and carried out safely.
- Contact and coordinate with 3rd party to renew inspection certificates for all Lifting /Rigging equipment certificates.
-Arrange risk assessment and to study it with concerned divisions (operation & maintenance).
- Arrange the daily safety tool box meeting (on job training).
- Prepare job safety analysis and hazard identification for work activities.
- Carry out Auditing, Monitoring and Accident Investigations.
- Prepare all safety reports and safety training reports activates.
- Report observation of any violation from safety rules and measure to safety division.

Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman or General Foreman. Operates designated machine or equipment. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties and activities as directed. Typically requires 10 years of related experience and certification. Heavy Equipment may include: Wheel/Overhead Cranes over 50 tons, Dragline, Grader, Lattice Boom Cranes, Long Boom Cranes, Cranes with Special Attachments, Tower Cranes
