Job description

We are hiring an experienced Heavy Auto Electrician for a reputed company in Saudi Arabia. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in heavy vehicles and machinery including trucks, trailers, buses, and construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and repair faults in wiring systems, alternators, starters, batteries, and other electrical components of heavy vehicles.

Install and maintain electrical accessories like GPS systems, sensors, and lighting systems.

Perform troubleshooting using advanced diagnostic tools and software.

Read and interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals.

Ensure proper functioning of electronic control units (ECUs), CAN bus systems, and vehicle sensors.

Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks on all heavy equipment.

Maintain accurate service records and repair logs.

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualifications Required :

ITI / Diploma in Auto Electrical or equivalent.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy vehicle electrical maintenance.

Sound knowledge of electrical and electronic systems in trucks, trailers, and earthmoving equipment.

Proficiency in using diagnostic scanners and electrical testing tools.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Good physical fitness and stamina.

Basic communication skills in English or Arabic is a plus.
