Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation and maintenance activities on-site.
• Assign tasks to HVAC technicians and monitor progress.
• Read and interpret HVAC technical drawings and project plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Monitor material and equipment availability.
• Test HVAC systems after installation to ensure proper functionality.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Provide guidance and on-site training to junior technicians.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Technology (mechanical background is a must).
• Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of various HVAC systems (Split, Ducted, Package, VRF, etc.)
• Ability to manage technical teams and lead by example.
• Familiarity with installation codes, testing, and commissioning procedures.
