Job description

Danone MENA is looking for a talented Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (medical representative) to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia!

In the context of Specialized Nutrition Middle East, you will be responsible for driving and contributing to SN brand market share in your assigned area, building productive scientific-based relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their healthcare nutrition needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Enhancing HCP attitude and behavior:
2. Regular visits to HCPs in hospitals, clinics, and private practices to establish strong scientific relationships and position our Healthcare Nutrition solutions as the preferred choice.
3. Providing accurate information, clinical studies, and illustrating benefits of our solutions to HCPs.
4. Conducting scientific audio-visual meetings for HCPs.

1. Area Management:
2. Identifying business opportunities and developing initiatives to realize potential.
3. Implementing weekly call cycles and responding to competitive activities.
4. Maintaining high product knowledge and following up on customer queries.
5. Reviewing business plans quarterly and submitting reports on promotional activities.
6. Ensuring compliance with WHO and local ethical standards.
7. Conducting seminars and nutrition education activities.
8. Managing daily database and administrative procedures.
9. Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area.

1. Input and Market Intelligence:
2. Participating in meetings to discuss market situation and activities.
3. Helping organize seminars and events.
4. Gathering intelligence on HCPs and competitors, monitoring activities, and building relationships with targeted HCPs.
5. Updating competitor intelligence and reporting on call visits and progress.

About You:

Successful candidates should ideally have:

• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in nutrition or primary healthcare centers.
• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, covering remote areas like Kharj and Ganoob.
