Healthcare Nutrition Specialist - Madinah

Danone MENA is seeking a talented Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (Medical Representative) based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

In the context of Specialized Nutrition Middle East, your responsibilities will include driving and contributing to SN brand market share in your area, building productive scientific-based relationships with HCPs, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their healthcare nutrition needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencing HCP Attitudes and Behaviors:
2. Visiting HCPs regularly in hospitals, clinics, and private practices to establish strong scientific relationships and position our Healthcare Nutrition solutions as preferred choices.
3. Ensuring all doctors/HCPs/KOLs receive accurate messages, information, and clinical studies.
4. Highlighting the benefits of our solutions to HCPs.
5. Conducting scientific audio/visual meetings with HCPs.
6. Area Management:
7. Identifying business opportunities within your area and developing initiatives to realize potential.
8. Implementing a weekly call cycle in coordination with your manager.
9. Monitoring competitive activities and recommending counteractions to protect market position.
10. Maintaining high product knowledge to answer questions effectively.
11. Following up on customer queries and complaints.
12. Reviewing business plans quarterly with the Head of KSA.
13. Reporting promotional activities as per established formats and schedules.
14. Ensuring compliance with WHO and local government codes of ethics for infant formula products.
15. Conducting seminars and nutrition education activities.
16. Managing daily database and administrative procedures.
17. Achieving qualitative and quantitative KPIs daily, monthly, and yearly.

3. Team Contributions:

1. Participating in meetings to discuss market situations and activities versus KPIs.
2. Assisting in seminars and events.

4. Intelligence and Insights Gathering:

1. Collecting intelligence on HCPs and identifying new contacts.
2. Monitoring competitor activities and reporting to management.
3. Conducting face-to-face medical detailing and maintaining ongoing contact with HCPs.
4. Building relationships and mapping decision networks.
5. Carrying out promotional activities with targeted HCPs.
6. Updating competitor intelligence and inputting data into the database.
7. Recording visits and progress against objectives.
8. Participating in internal meetings as required.

About You

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
