Health Safety Environment Supervisor

We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide field HSE support and guidance across all activities.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations.
• Support the safe development and delivery of operational processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and assist in setting goals and tools for improvement.
• Contribute to HSE performance measures and lessons learned.
• Educate and update the workforce on HSE matters.
• Assist in hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Promote a positive safety culture.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections.
• Participate in HSE management system reviews.
• Report and investigate incidents and near misses.
• Create training plans and support competency development.
• Respond to emergency situations and participate in drills.
• Support the setup of an effective emergency response system.
• Monitor workplace assessments and the quality of data entered into reporting tools.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Health and Safety certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA.
