Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures to promote a safe and sustainable working environment. Conducts regular audits, risk assessments, and inspections, and provides training to staff to minimize hazards, improve workplace safety, and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in QHSE or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing safety management systems and quality assurance processes.
  • Knowledge of local, national, and international regulations governing QHSE matters.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage with employees at all levels and foster a culture of safety and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must be able to work in both office and field environments.
