Health Safety Environment Officer

A leading company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the same field and a strong understanding of Saudi environmental and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

️ Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site.

️ Conduct risk assessments and ensure all safety procedures are followed.

️ Perform site inspections and HSE audits to identify and mitigate hazards.

️ Ensure compliance with Saudi Civil Defense and local authority safety regulations.

️ Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for employees.

️ Investigate accidents and near-misses, provide reports, and recommend preventive measures.

️ Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper implementation.

️ Prepare and maintain HSE documentation and reports for regulatory compliance.

️ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to uphold HSE standards.

️ Respond to emergency situations and ensure proper safety protocols are in place.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE field

Strong knowledge of Saudi safety and environmental regulations

Ability to enforce safety measures and conduct risk assessments on-site

Familiarity with Civil Defense and local authority compliance

Excellent communication and reporting skills
