Role Overview

Responsible for maximizing Pfizer growth through sales and promotion activities, acting as a business enabler by becoming a territory owner within a specific geography.

Key Activities
  1. Visiting physicians to promote Pfizer products, distributing samples and literature, providing approved product information, and reporting activities using PforceRx.
  2. Building relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge, gain product endorsement, and generate sales. Segmenting and targeting high potential customers.
  3. Territory planning and management, including analyzing local market drivers, designing, and executing business plans, and organizing value-added programs.
  4. Providing market intelligence by attending meetings, capturing competitor activities, and local issues for strategic action.
  5. Collaborating with team members, sharing information, motivating, and supporting to achieve territory objectives.
  6. Maintaining accurate records in administrative systems, updating reports, and working according to SOPs.
  7. Engaging in self-development through feedback, personal development plans, and continuous learning.
  8. Undertaking additional assignments as agreed with line managers to meet objectives.
Candidate Criteria
  1. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
  2. Young, dynamic, with a good command of English (speaking, writing, listening, pronunciation).
  3. Excellent knowledge of Pfizer products and relevant therapeutic areas, including competitors.
  4. Effective selling and presentation skills.
  5. Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
