Role Overview: The Health Representative is responsible for maximizing awareness and market share of Hospital Category products through sales and promotional activities within the Central Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Visit physicians to assist in managing their patients’ diseases using Pfizer products.
  2. Distribute knowledge via product samples, marketing literature, and clinical trial information to aid healthcare professionals in decision-making.
  3. Follow-up with healthcare professionals to gather feedback and address questions regarding Pfizer products.
  4. Provide approved information on Pfizer products, including proper usage, dosage, and side effects.
  5. Enlist Pfizer products in institutional formularies.
  6. Provide feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions, and product access issues.
  7. Contribute to marketing campaigns by providing market insights and customer needs.
  8. Monitor stock levels, consumption, and ordering processes, especially in government sectors and institutions.
  9. Participate in Pfizer community awareness programs.
  10. Attend seminars, participate in sales demonstrations and exhibitions.
  11. Organize AV activities and assist in nominating and selecting local speakers.
  12. Report visits and activities using MI; attend sales and general meetings.
  13. Prepare short-term POAs specific to their area and products.
  14. Present reports as per SM recommendations and market needs.
  15. Update customer lists based on segmentation and insights.
  16. Understand customer disease management needs and develop advocates aligned to their priorities.
  17. Handle all customer communications related to business.
  18. Coordinate activities with marketing, medical departments, including conferences and workshops.
  19. Provide monthly reports on sales, activities, market feedback, threats, and opportunities.
  20. Participate in setting and executing engagement POAs.
  21. Develop partnerships with customers and explore new business opportunities.

Level of Responsibilities: Tasks are performed under the general direction of the Sales Manager; however, the incumbent is fully responsible for the business and financial results of their geographical territory, including achieving budget targets such as % Gr, % MS, and EV (IMS Parameters).
