Responsible for maximizing product growth through various sales and promotion activities and enabling business growth by becoming a territory owner within a specific geography.
Key Activities:
- Visiting physicians to promote Pfizer products and distributing product samples and marketing literature to healthcare professionals (HCP).
- Providing approved information on Pfizer products, including medical usage, dosage, and side effects.
- Reporting visits and activities using PforceRx.
Customer Relations:
- Building relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge and gain product endorsement to generate sales.
- Ensuring accurate, timely, and relevant customer information is captured and shared using agreed processes, e.g., electronic customer management systems.
- Segmenting and targeting high-potential customers.
- Visiting physicians, focusing on target KOLs and selected physicians, to promote Pfizer products and build strong relationships.
- Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions, product access, and competitive activities.
Territory Planning & Management:
- Diagnosing the territory situation, including local market drivers and initiatives, leading to the design and implementation of an action plan to achieve business objectives.
- Developing and executing a territory business plan.
- Preparing POA for the territory and products.
- Presenting reports according to HR Manager recommendations and market needs.
- Planning and organizing regular value-added programs and AV & PHM activities.
Market Intelligence:
- Providing feedback on competitor activity and local issues to the team, head office, and manager for appropriate action.
- Attending sales and cycle meetings to capture and feedback market intelligence.
Teamwork:
- Liaising with team members to share information, motivate, and support, contributing to the territory plan.
- Attending team meetings and sharing customer/territory information.
Administrative Systems:
- Maintaining and updating territory and administrative systems to ensure accurate records.
- Timely updating of records and systems and producing reports as requested.
- Understanding and working according to SOPs.
Self-Development:
- Implementing and updating personal development plans to grow within the current role.
- Seeking feedback and developing an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
Additional Assignments:
- Undertaking additional tasks as agreed with the line manager, ensuring objectives and outputs are met.
Criteria for Applying:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
- Young and dynamic.
- Good command of English (speaking, writing, listening, pronunciation).
- Excellent knowledge of promoted products and relevant therapeutic areas, including competitors.
- Effective selling and presentation skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
