The Health Representative is responsible for maximizing product growth through various sales and promotion activities, acting as a business enabler by becoming a territory owner within a specific geography.
Key Activities:
- Visiting physicians to promote Pfizer products
- Distributing product samples and marketing literature to healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Providing approved information on Pfizer products, including medical usage, dosage, and side effects
- Reporting visits and activities using PforceRx
Customer Relations:
- Building relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge and gain product endorsement
- Ensuring accurate, timely, and relevant customer data sharing via electronic management systems
- Segmenting and targeting high-potential customers
- Visiting physicians, focusing on key opinion leaders (KOLs) and selected physicians to promote products and build relationships
- Providing feedback on customer requests, responses to promotions, product access, and competitive activities
Territory Planning & Management:
- Diagnosing the territory situation, including local market drivers and initiatives
- Designing and implementing territory action plans to meet business objectives
- Preparing plans of action (POA) and presenting reports as per HR Manager's recommendations
- Organizing value-added programs and activities such as AV & PHM
Market Intelligence:
- Providing feedback on competitor activities and local issues to the team and management
- Attending sales and cycle meetings to gather market intelligence
Teamwork:
- Liaising with team members to share information, motivate, and support
- Participating in team meetings and sharing customer/territory insights
Administrative Systems:
- Maintaining and updating territory and administrative records
- Producing reports as requested and working according to SOPs
Self-Development:
- Implementing and updating personal development plans (IDP)
- Seeking feedback and personal growth within the role
Additional Assignments:
- Undertaking additional tasks as agreed with the line manager to meet objectives
Criteria for Applying:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
- Young and dynamic
- Good command of English (speaking, writing, listening, pronunciation)
- Excellent knowledge of promoted products and relevant therapeutic areas
- Effective selling and presentation skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
