Job Summary:
We are looking for a Head Waiter to oversee the food and beverage service operations within our establishment. The Head Waiter will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the wait staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality.
Job Responsibility:
1. Train and supervise wait staff on proper serving procedures and customer service standards.
2. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks to customers.
3. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment necessary for food and beverage service.
5. Create work schedules, assign duties, and evaluate the performance of wait staff.
6. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
4. Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
6. Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
