We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About The Role

Join Reckitt as our new Head of Trade Marketing, where you'll lead impactful strategies to boost our sales and market presence. Your expertise will help our brands shine in stores, engaging customers and driving demand. Use your knowledge of the 4Ps to carve innovative paths for our category strategies, embodying the brand vision within marketplaces. This role offers the chance to shape market trends, act as a brand envoy in partner stores, and inspire others to realize your strategies.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop country/customer 4P strategy and tactics in line with sales and marketing directors / channel managers
  • Define Category trade marketing KPIs across all Reckitt categories in the country
  • Lead the country Trade Marketing team
  • Manage the trade marketing budget
  • Contribute to category marketing plans with customer & category analysis and promotional strategy
  • Analyze the competitive and customer position continuously, collaborating with the sales director to develop long-term trade marketing strategies to strengthen Reckitt's position in each category
  • Support the trade marketing team in developing and implementing promotional strategies aligned with brand priorities and media plans across customers
  • Present category strategies, vision, and 4P strategy to customers
  • Serve as key contact for the Marketing Director and Brand Marketing team regarding promotional and customer activities
