Job Description

Your responsibilities

  1. Develops country/customer 4P strategy and tactics in line with respective sales and marketing directors / channel managers
  2. Defines Category trade marketing KPIs across all Reckitt categories in the country
  3. Leads the country Trade Marketing team
  4. Defines and manages the trade marketing budget
  5. Contributes to category marketing plans, with customer & category analysis and promotional strategy
  6. Continuous analysis of the competitive and customer position in the country, works together with the sales director to develop long-term trade marketing actions and strategy aimed at strengthening Reckitt Benckiser's position in each of our categories
  7. Leads and supports trade marketing team in developing and implementing Reckitt promotional strategy (in line with brand priorities and media plans) across customers
  8. Presenting Category strategies / vision and 4P strategy to our customers
  9. Key contact for the Marketing Director and Brand Marketing team regarding all promotional and customer activity
