Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  1. Develop country/customer 4P strategy and tactics in line with sales and marketing directors / channel managers.
  2. Define Category trade marketing KPIs across all Reckitt categories in the country.
  3. Lead the country Trade Marketing team.
  4. Define and manage the trade marketing budget.
  5. Contribute to category marketing plans, including customer & category analysis and promotional strategies.
  6. Continuously analyze the competitive and customer position in the country; work with the sales director to develop long-term trade marketing strategies to strengthen Reckitt Benckiser’s position in each category.
  7. Lead and support the trade marketing team in developing and implementing Reckitt’s promotional strategy across customers, aligned with brand priorities and media plans.
  8. Present category strategies, vision, and 4P strategy to customers.
  9. Act as the key contact for the Marketing Director and Brand Marketing team regarding all promotional and customer activities.

  8. Fluency in English.
  9. 8-10 years of FMCG sales or trade marketing experience.
