How you will make an impact :

  1. Manage a team of territory / account managers and / or Distributor sales managers and clinical specialists across the MENAT region to achieve financial goals in alignment with Edwards' business strategy, while identifying and interpreting market trends and implications, and applying this knowledge to team management.
  2. Contribute to sales strategy definition.
  3. Define sales targets for the team.
  4. Drive related commercial activities (e.g., marketing).
  5. Hold full P&L responsibility for the assigned region.
  6. Hire, develop, and retain talent within the Edwards sales organization while leading and representing a business unit across a region of moderate strategic impact.
  7. Drive commercialization of Edwards products and services across the region of moderate size.

What you’ll need (Required) :

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Extensive progressive sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a team of sales employees.
  • Extensive experience in the medical devices industry.
  • In-depth understanding of business unit strategy and the medical devices industry, especially within the MENAT region.
  • Ability to identify and interpret market trends and implications, and apply this knowledge to team management.
  • Recognition as an expert resource with a broad understanding of external factors (financial, regulatory, economic) impacting Edwards and its customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing environment.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting budget proposals to leadership teams.
  • Ability to lead and represent a business unit across a region of moderate strategic impact.

What else we look for (Preferred) :

  • Experience with cardiovascular therapies.
  • Ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels and escalate issues proactively.
  • Experience proposing market entry strategies or models in new countries.
  • Frequent interaction with senior management at regional or global levels.
  • Experience managing complex sales, including indirect sales models.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
