The Head of Strategic Partnerships will develop and execute annual business plans and budgets, aligning with the Fund's investment goals. This role involves leading a team, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic partnerships, leadership skills, and the ability to drive value-creation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Plans : Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets. Report on progress, opportunities, challenges, and mitigations.

Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team, set goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback.

Stakeholder Management : Build trust with stakeholders, manage relationships with government agencies, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Market Analysis : Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential partners and understand regulatory changes.

Pipeline Development : Maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities, track progress from contact to execution.

Negotiations : Serve as the primary contact for government partners, lead negotiations, and manage partnerships.

Collaboration : Collaborate with portfolio companies to drive value-creation initiatives.

Policy Management : Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.

Compliance : Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory directives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 8 years’ experience in strategic partnerships or business development.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to conduct market research and analysis.
