Job Description:
Foreground is partnering with a well-established and fast-growing Saudi group with diversified operations across retail and manufacturing. As part of their continued growth and organizational development, the group is seeking to appoint a Head of Shared Services to lead and structure core corporate functions at the group level.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and integrate shared services functions including HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Administration across all business units.
  2. Develop and implement central policies, procedures, and service frameworks that support scalability and operational efficiency.
  3. Ensure alignment between shared services strategy and overall business objectives.
  4. Maintain strong governance, risk control, and regulatory compliance across all functional areas.
  5. Build and manage high-performing teams and drive collaboration across departments.
  6. Oversee budget planning and cost optimization initiatives within shared services.
  7. Act as the main point of contact between shared services and operating companies, ensuring alignment and service quality.
  8. Support digital transformation and system implementations relevant to shared functions.
  9. Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Extensive leadership experience in shared services within a group or multi-entity environment.
  2. Proven success in leading at least three core corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance, IT).
  3. Strong understanding of the operational landscape of Saudi Arabia and the region.
  4. Experience in both retail and manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
  5. Familiarity with family-owned business environments is preferred.
  6. Fluent in Arabic and English.
  7. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  8. Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia or possess deep regional experience.
