A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking a strategic Head of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in road transportation and logistics, and will be responsible for managing key client relationships and leading a high-performing sales team.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and expand our sales operations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new business, and strengthening relationships with key clients in the road transportation and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the transportation market, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must have experience from a Logistics/ Freight Forwarding / Road Transportation.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 15+ years of progressive experience in sales, preferably within the road transportation or logistics industry.
· Proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams and managing key accounts.
· Strong understanding of transportation regulations, fleet management, and logistics in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
