Within the Business Area Tires RE EMEA and with MENA locations in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Morocco, we serve, in close cooperation with our partner network, our customers by selling multi-brand passenger light vehicle tires, truck tires and specialty tires in over 20 countries of the region.
The Head of Sales PLT in KSA is responsible for Sales Development in a profitable way, acting as the interface between Almutlak Continental LLC and the national tire players for PLT tires in Saudi Arabia. He/She is responsible for leading the sales team and steering the sales evolution of PLT in the Market by implementing the PLT commercial strategy for the Continental brand and the possible Group brands that might be implemented in the future.
The Head of Sales ensures the achievement of the Sales objectives and annual targets (e.g. volumes, market shares, and profitability) set by the senior management, reflecting and living the values of the company. It is important to ensure the presence of Continental tire within all the possible channels in the market.
The Head of Sales, in close coordination with the operations, is responsible for the Sales Budget and Forecast definition on a regular basis, ensuring the delivery of the defined targets.
The Head of Sales is responsible for coaching their team to ensure efficiency and productivity in the field; they are expected to spend 70% of their time in the field, actively coaching and guiding the sales force.
