Job description

The Head of Corporate Sales (Investments) is responsible for leading investor acquisition, advisory, and retention efforts through strategic data sourcing, strong financial modelling, and product expertise. This role oversees a team of investment advisors and plays a key role in identifying profitable real estate opportunities, aligning with stakeholders, and driving monthly sales targets. A strong understanding of investor behavior, project feasibility, and deal structuring, including mortgage-backed investments, is critical.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Data Sourcing & Investor Management
  2. Source, compile, and maintain an updated database of qualified investors.
  3. Ensure all investor profiles are accurately documented in the Property File (PF) system or CRM.
  4. KPI Tracking & Team Oversight
  5. Monitor daily performance indicators: client calls, meetings, and site visits.
  6. Lead regular performance reviews and ensure team adherence to activity goals.
  7. Sales Target Management
  8. Set and achieve personal and team-based monthly sales/investment targets.
  9. Drive accountability and performance through strategic planning and coaching.
  10. Investor Advisory & Financial Modeling
  11. Prepare professional investment presentations including ROI, IRR, cash flow, and exit strategies.
  12. Tailor investment proposals to meet investor risk appetite and financial goals.
  13. Project Acquisition & Product Evaluation
  14. Identify and refer investment-grade real estate projects for onboarding.
  15. Evaluate project feasibility and alignment with investor expectations.
  16. Product Knowledge Development
  17. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all available investor products.
  18. Ensure team is continuously trained on new offerings and market updates.
  19. Stakeholder & Developer Relations
  20. Liaise closely with developers, acquisition teams, and sales development for inventory alignment and project readiness.
  21. Serve as a key point of contact between investors and project stakeholders.
  22. Mortgage Advisory Support
  23. Maintain a moderate understanding of mortgage structuring and eligibility criteria.
  24. Coordinate with bank representatives to facilitate financing solutions for investors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or equivalent (MBA preferred)

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in real estate investments, brokerage, or asset advisory

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, brokerage operations, and market dynamics.
