They are looking for a Digital Products Manager / Head of Product to drive the development of innovative financial products, including personal loans, digital credit cards, and auto loans. This is a key role within the business, ensuring that lending products are seamlessly integrated into digital marketplaces, API ecosystems, and e-government platforms.

The Role

The Digital Products Manager / Head of Product will be responsible for leading the transition from traditional to fully digital financial offerings. This includes overseeing product development, evaluating fintech partnerships, and optimizing the customer experience. The role will involve close collaboration with teams across technology, compliance, risk, finance, and business functions to deliver a seamless digital lending journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital product strategies for personal loans, credit cards, and auto loans
• Work alongside Design and Engineering teams to lead the product development cycle from zero to one, across multiple new product launches
• Lead digital onboarding initiatives and integration with e-government platforms for seamless customer verification and credit decisions
• Work closely with technology teams to implement API-driven lending solutions
• Ensure all digital products comply with regulatory standards and risk frameworks
• Monitor key performance metrics, optimize conversion funnels, and enhance the digital customer journey
• Stay ahead of fintech innovations, open banking trends, and digital marketplace integrations

What Our Client Is Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in digital product management within banking, or fintech
• Strong expertise in digital lending, fintech solutions, and embedded finance
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business functions and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on execution
