Our client is an emerging leader in AI, big data, and automation technologies, dedicated to building transformational tools that empower businesses to harness data intelligence and drive autonomous operations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Head of Product Development & Management to architect, lead, and execute the full product strategy for innovative AI-driven and big data solutions. This role demands a leader who combines deep technical knowledge with sharp business acumen and a forward-looking mindset, working fully on-site with leadership and engineering teams to create world-class products from Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy across AI, automation, and big data portfolios.

Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end product development: from concept, user research, prototyping, MVP building, to full-scale product launches.

Foster a culture of innovation and agile execution within product and development teams.

Translate emerging AI trends (e.g., GenAI, Edge AI, AI for Ops, Predictive Analytics) into practical and scalable product initiatives.

Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI, Business Development, and C-level executives.

Design and monitor product KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and market fit.

Prioritize ethical AI practices, data security, scalability, and user-centricity in all products.

Act as a strategic partner to leadership, contributing to the company s long-term growth and tech leadership in the region.

Desired Candidate Profile

8 12 years of experience in Product Management/Product Development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

Direct experience launching AI/ML, Big Data, SaaS, or Automation products.

Strong technical proficiency: familiarity with machine learning models, big data architectures (e.g., Spark, Hadoop), cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), and APIs.

Expertise in Agile product development, product discovery, lean startup methodologies, and modern product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, Miro).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.

Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Arabic language is a plus, but English fluency is required.
