Job Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to serve as the Country Head / Managing Director for our Saudi Arabia operations, based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring 30–40 years of experience in professional services, advisory, or investment sectors, with at least 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in Saudi Arabia.
This is a strategic role that demands a seasoned executive with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing practices, developing strong client relationships, and navigating the evolving business and regulatory landscape in KSA.
Job Responsibilities:
·Strategic Leadership: Provide overall leadership and direction for the firm’s operations in Saudi Arabia, aligned with regional and global strategy.
·Business Development & Client Engagement: Drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships. Lead high-level engagements with government entities, family offices, corporates, and multinationals.
·Team & Practice Building: Attract, mentor, and retain top-tier talent. Build an agile and high-performance advisory team covering key verticals (corporate finance, audit, tax, consulting, etc.).
·Regulatory & Market Insight: Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including ministries, regulators, and local authorities.
·P&L and Operations Management: Take full ownership of the Saudi P&L. Drive operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth.
·Thought Leadership: Represent the firm in high-level forums, contribute to policy discussions, and position the firm as a trusted advisor in KSA.
Skills
Qualifications and Experience:
·30–40 years of professional experience in consulting, corporate advisory, investment banking, or related fields
·At least 10–15 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh
·Proven track record in leading practice, office, or country-level operations
·Strong strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams
·Experience engaging at board and government levels
·Deep understanding of the Saudi business environment, Vision 2030 priorities, and regulatory frameworks
·Well-established local network with decision-makers in both public and private sectors
·Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage
·Culturally sensitive and experienced in navigating complex stakeholder environments
