Head of Planning Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Responsible for design/survey & analysis of construction projects.
2. Measuring, directing, and monitoring project plans during each project phase.
3. Assessing the environmental impact to the project (Risk).
4. Drawing up blueprints using project management software.
5. Preparing bids for tenders.
6. Ensuring plans meet the client specifications.

EXPERIENCE:
1) 2 years and above.

QUALIFICATION:
1) Degree in Civil Engineering.

IT SKILLS:

1. MS Office: Word, Excel, and Access.
2. Primavera 2 and advanced.
3. MS Project an added advantage.

SKILLS:

1. Experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects in the process industry from “Concept to Commissioning Stage.”
2. Good working knowledge of design, procurement discipline deliverables and task work metrics, and construction/field services workflow processes.
3. Ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
4. Exposure to construction planning work is desirable.
5. Preference for candidates with experience in consultancy firms.
