Job description

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:

  • To direct & foster collaborations to drive growth and innovation within SIMAH, responsible for establishing and maintaining key partnerships that can significantly impact the Business Development's success. Identifying opportunities for further collaboration and integration.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic

  • Direct & develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the overall business development objectives and growth targets of the credit bureau.

Policies, Processes & Procedures

  • Direct approved Partnership policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Budget

  • Direct and recommend the budget of the partnership ensuring that the required financial resources are calculated and projected to enable the execution of the unit's strategic activities.

Day-to-day operations

  • Direct and implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the function to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.

Partner Identification and Acquisition

  • To direct & identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities with financial institutions, fintech companies, credit unions, and other relevant entities to expand the credit bureau's reach and capabilities.

Negotiation and Contracting

  • To direct & lead negotiations with prospective partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements, including terms of engagement, revenue sharing, data sharing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Relationship Management

  • Direct & cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing collaboration, communication, and alignment of goals.

Product and Service Integration

  • Direct & collaborate with internal teams, including product development, technology, legal, and compliance, to facilitate the seamless integration of partner products and services into the credit bureau's offerings.

Revenue Generation

  • Direct & drive revenue growth through the identification and execution of revenue-generating opportunities within partnerships, such as cross-selling, upselling, and referral arrangements.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

  • Direct & establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and regularly monitor performance against targets. Identify areas for improvement and optimization to maximize the value derived from partnerships.

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Direct & ensure that all partnership activities adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to data privacy, security, and compliance.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to credit reporting and financial services to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Direct & build and lead a high-performing partnerships team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to support individual growth and team success.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices.
  • Direct the oversight of overall Partnership activities within SIMAH and continue the progress within the department.
  • Direct the assessment of employee relation processes and ensure the complete processes.

People Management

  • Ensure subordinates have clear objectives, regular performance feedback sessions, formal annual appraisals, and individual development plans, with particular emphasis on the development of talented Saudi national staff.

Reporting

  • Direct the preparation of timely and accurate reports of SIMAH to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.

Safety, Quality & Environment

  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Related Assignments

  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Information Security/Cyber Security / BCM/Privacy

  • Implement and comply with the cybersecurity/privacy/Business Continuity requirements as per SIMAH's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that standards, processes, and procedures of your department reflect Security/privacy/Business Continuity requirements (if applicable).
  • Ensure that individuals within your department accept and comply with the Cyber Security/Privacy/Business Continuity policy, supporting standards, and procedures when they are issued and updated.
  • Coordinate with the Risk Department to identify and report cybersecurity and privacy risks and vulnerabilities, availability, and continuity risks in IT systems.
  • Immediately report cybersecurity and privacy incidents to the Risk Department (Information Security unit).
  • Coordinate with the Risk Department to effectively and efficiently implement agreed-upon security, privacy, and availability controls.
  • Coordinate with the Risk Department to review cybersecurity, privacy, and Continuity controls of third-party service providers for your department.
  • Ensure continuity of critical activities and systems that are related to your department.
  • Ensure that all subordinate employees are communicated and aware of the Information and Cyber Security Policies/Privacy Policy/Business Continuity policy distributed based on Need to Know and/or Need to do basis.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • 8-12 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related fields.
  • Language:
  • English: Advanced
