As a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA, we’ve been revolutionizing transportation since 2014. Formerly known as Easy Taxi, we’ve evolved into Jeeny, expanding our services across Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

A Partnership Head in Jeeny will play a pivotal role in establishing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships that are key to enhancing the company's services, expanding its market presence, and driving overall business growth. By unlocking new opportunities and potential expansions and ensures that collaborations align with the company’s goals and contribute to long-term success. "

1. Identify and Secure Partnerships :

Identify potential partners (e.g., local businesses, government agencies, technology providers, financial institutions) that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

2. Manage and Nurture Relationships :

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing partners to maximize the value of partnerships.

Work closely with partners to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives.

3. Strategic Planning :

Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnerships.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, operations, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

Act as the main point of contact between the company and its partners, facilitating communication and resolving any issues.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting :

Monitor the performance of partnerships, track key metrics, and ensure that objectives are being met.

Provide regular reports and updates to me on the status and impact of partnerships.

6. Innovation and Development :

Explore new partnership models and innovative collaborations that could give the company a competitive edge.

Design and implement loyalty programs in partnership with businesses and service providers to increase customer retention and engagement.

Develop new products or services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree may be preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably within the tech, mobility, or ride-hailing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitors is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
